JUDITH’S BIOGRAPHY

It has been along the “Road Less Traveled” that I have found my way as a Life Coach.
Not one to take the short, direct path, I have accumulated many life experiences along the way.
Education
In 1990 when I graduated from The Evergreen State College in Olympia Washington I was not sure what to do – so I moved to El Salvador – and lived there for 5 years.
El Salvador taught me a lot about life. I learned to communicate in an entirely new way – and to be quiet and listen.
When I returned to the USA I attended Pacific University and received my Masters Degree in Teaching. Currently, I am attending Marylhurst University studying in the MAIS program in gerontology and advocacy.
Coaching
It was through taking advantage of life experiences that I learned about coaching and went back to school to become certified as a coach.
I also incorporate EFT (tapping) and NLP in my therapy as well as Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy works great at getting to the root of a problem, not just putting a lid on it. It works with weight, smoking cessation, and most any other issue. I have also taken classes in Finding Your Purpose and How to Recognize when you are making Fear Based Decisions rather than heart decisions.
Other Certifications
I hold certifications as a Cognitive Rehab Therapist, Crisis Counselor and Peer Counselor.
Baby Boomer
I am a “Baby Boomer” and enjoy all the fun and challenges that come with growing older.
Faciliating
I am available for speaking engagements and to facilitate workshops. I promise that everyone will have a fun time, as I believe that laughter is the best medicine on the market.
